Our cancellation policy:

Do you want to cancel your appointment? We are always dedicated to accommodating our clients with excellent service and appointment flexibility.

Please understand all cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to receive cancellation notice, with confirmation for time, and date of cancellation. If you are cancelling after our regular service ours, please leave a detailed message that includes your name, the address registered for the appointment, and the time of the appointment.

If your appointment was booked on the same day, please understand there is a minimum cancellation time of 4 hours prior to the appointment time. If these measures to cancel an appointment are not taken, the service call fee ($90+ HST) will be charged.
